Brand Camp is a 3-day retreat in Byron Bay Hinterlands focussed on self-leadership, brand identity and team culture. The experience gives you the opportunity to paint a clear vision of how your brand is going to impact the world aligned to your own understanding of self. It’s designed for you to look within and meaningfully define your business DNA.

WHAT HAPPENS AT BRAND CAMP?
The thoughtfully designed agenda includes 3-days of facilitated activities and a pre-retreat social for you to meet your fellow ‘campers’ and ease into the powerful work we’ll be doing together.
Thursday evening we’ll gather together at The Farm for a pre-Brand Camp meal. We’ll introduce ourselves, enjoy a casual dinner, share our ‘where it all started’ stories, chatter and laugh until our hearts are content.

Personal Values: Clarifying and defining your personal values to help guide ongoing as you create a life and business you love
Personal Purpose and Vision: Identifying what gives your life a sense of purpose and what matters in the big picture

Brand Values and Behaviours: Honing in on the beliefs sit at the heart of the brand and how that influences the way it shows up in the world

Brand Super Power: Articulating the ‘thing’ that your brand does brilliantly and makes it different to other players in the market

Cultural Behaviours: Translating your brand values into well-defined behaviours that you and your team must consistently demonstrate
Cultural Commitments: Integrating the brand values and behaviours into people-related processes to ensure your aspirational culture becomes embedded in ‘business as usual’.

WHERE IS BRAND CAMP?
To facilitate your experience, we've chosen a retreat style setting in the tranquil Byron Bay hinterland. Rockinghorse is a picturesque, expansive space that caters for those taking time to focus on creative pursuits. The beautifully designed, open-plan property has plenty of space and modern amenities alongside the comforts of home to ease you into our focussed time together. Set amongst nature with serene landscape and luscious bushland, the property is ideal for reflection and expansive thinking.

Kara Rodden is a strategic thinker and facilitator. She’s also the good vibes and business nous behind Lumi Business Consulting.
Kara has spent almost 20 years working in various marketing; innovation; and people & culture roles. Kara knows her way around 'business'. She's been fortunate enough to work for local and international organisations in places like Melbourne, Sydney, Auckland, Dublin, New York and Seoul.
More recently, Kara has made her way to the sunny beaches of Byron Bay. While the pace and scale of big organisations has always been intoxicating to Kara, she also recognises a need to do business differently. A belief in 'conscious capitalism' means she has turned her attention to working with businesses and brands who want to contribute to the world in a more purposeful way.
For Kara, good business starts with 'people'. The people who work within our business. The people we seek to sell products and services to. The people who are part of our community. The people in our supply chain. The people who we seek to partner with.
Kara believes there is a 'sweet spot' in business. The intersection of flourishing people, meaningful brands and a healthy planet. Our audacious dreams live in that sweet spot!

Erin Tetarenko is an inner explorer, soulful conversation lover, and humanness facilitator guiding ambitious and purpose-driven entrepreneurs and business owners.
Erin believes in creating safe spaces for people to reveal the most authentic aspects of self through insight gleaned both cognitively and physically. Her approach is science-backed and focuses on helping her clients take courageous actions based on their values.
She has spent the past 15 years studying psychology (MSc Coaching Psychology) and the human body (BSc Exercise & Health Science) alongside 10+ years coaching and facilitating in the areas of personal growth, mindful leadership and holistic health.
Having grown up in West Coast Canada and taking up residency in Australia for 7 years, Erin has been fortunate enough to work in Canada, USA, Australia, Central America and Asia. An exposure to diverse cultures through work and personal travel has given her an appreciation for the many ways in which human societies can flourish. Her highlights include working with international facilitation teams on globally recognised personal development and leadership programs.
