I’ve spent the past 15+ years studying psychology (MSc Coaching Psychology) and the human body (BSc Exercise & Health Science) alongside 10+ years coaching and facilitating in the areas of personal growth, mindful leadership and wholistic health. I believe in creating safe spaces for people to reveal the most authentic aspects of self through insight gleaned both cognitively and physically.
