OUR PROGRAM


 

 

The main focus of the immersion is you. We intentionally designed the program to inspire you to connect more deeply with yourself, to stretch you towards new possibility, and guide you to take actions that enrich your life.  

During our week together, you'll learn mind+body practices and access inner resources through the Wild Ambition workshop series. The workshops were purposefully and thoughtfully created to empower you to learn more about yourself, what's really important, and your wild ambitions. 

Our methodology is grounded on the concept of learning through experience and is supported by ancient yogic philosophy and current science in coaching psychology. It’s our vision that, as you interact with the content and implement what you are learning, you'll reveal new aspects of yourself and become more skilled at creating what you really want.

 YOGA


 

 

This immersion will offer daily yoga classes to support your holisitic experience, deepen your yoga practice, and strengthen your connection within.

Morning practices will be mindfully sequenced and themed to build on one another and to complement our workshops. A few restorative afternoon and/or evening sessions will be offered, allowing you to stabilise the mind and ease your body into deep relaxation.

Classes are suitable for all levels and will include guided meditation and breathing techniques. Modifications to postures will be offered with a focus on self-awareness and ease of movement.

To facilitate your experience, we've chosen oceanside accommodation on a breathtaking stretch of white sand beach. Soultribe Beach Retreat is a luxurious eco-conscious retreat located on a tropical island with a jungle feel and private pool on site.

 Siargao island is most commonly known as a surf destination given it's amazing waves, but it is also so much more. It is abundant with natural beauty and bucketlist worthy adventures.

Enjoy a fresh sea breeze from the comfort of your 0cean front cabana with private en suite and outdoor showers or get closer to nature with comfort and style in a luxury bell tent.

We will provide 2 meals per day during your immersion. We've curated a nourishing menu with Soultribe Retreat owner and chef to offer you a special food selection each day.  Our menu can be focussed on vegetarian and vegan to accommodate for group preferences. Breakfasts will include flavoured water, coffee, and tea.

Erin Tetarenko

Erin’s enthusiasm for life is ignited when surrounded by nature, connecting with inspiring people, and growing through exploration. As a Coach and Yoga Teacher, she loves helping people strengthen their connection with self and develop transformative practices that empower the way they live and lead. 

She has completed a Masters in Psychology of Coaching at the University of Sydney and Bachelors of Science in Health and Exercise at the University of Victoria alongside various mindfulness-based coaching and yoga teacher trainings. Her teachings are also influenced by various mentors and teachers along with styles of traditional hatha, embodied flow™, vinyasa flow and yin yoga.

Currently living in Byron Bay, she has worked on award-winning coaching programs and wellbeing retreats as a facilitator in USA, Canada, Australia, Asia and Central America.

Christie Baumgartner

Christie has been teaching yoga and leading retreats in Canada and abroad since 2008. She loves supporting participants to feel refreshed and in harmony with their bodies while immersing themselves in yoga, self-care rituals, and mindfulness practices. 

She completed a degree in dance at Ryerson University and has a trained with Schulyer Grant from Kula Yoga, studied ayurveda with Shiva Rae, and yoga therapy with Jill Miller. 

She has presented at Wanderlust Festivals and Tokyo's Dream Canvas Festival. She has taught elite athletes including the BMC Racing Team, BCBR professional mountain bikers, Vancouver Canucks NHL team, White Caps MLS team, and varsity athletes. She is recognized as a legacy ambassador with lululemon athletica and regularly teaches at their community and international events.

She continues to be inspired by self-exploration, chasing the sand and sun, and sharing what nurtures her soul.

 

OUR LEGACY


 

The locals in Siargao are sharing their home with us during our stay and, so, we are inspired to reciprocate their generosity. Our retreat supports the delivery of an immersive self-leadership program to local leaders in the Siargao community. The vision is that their experience will offer reflection time, self-care practices, and more tools to help them serve their community.
