An exploration of the workings of the mind and the stories we tell ourselves, designed to help you separate from your thoughts rather than getting all caught up in them. Calming your Inner Critic

WEDNESDAY, 10th JULY

One of the most important and powerful relationships we can nurture is our relationship with self.  Still many of us can relate to critical self-talk, holding the belief that it will motivate us to perform better and achieve what we want. Join us to learn about the scientific connection between mindfulness and self-compassion. You’ll walk away with skills to motivate yourself though kindness rather than criticism.
