Creating Space for Humanness
I believe that connecting with our humanness allows us to reveal, recognise, and honour our deepest needs so we can live more aligned and fulfilling lives. Whether you're seeking lasting well-being or a deeper connection with yourself and purpose, this is a space for you.
Welcome, I’m Erin.
For as long as I can remember, I’ve been interested in the human body and mind. That curiosity led me to play competitive sport and later into studying health, exercise science, and psychology at university. I was especially interested in how the mind and body worked together. I could see glimpses of how psychology influenced healing, but I didn’t yet have the resources or a clear path to explore how deeply they were connected.
In 2008, my life became my greatest teacher when I experienced an autoimmune disease - a struggle I came to realise was “me against me.” Looking back, I wasn’t living from a place of authenticity but rather who I thought I needed to be in order to be accepted and appreciated by others. And so, my illness was the culmination of a busy mind, unrelenting standards, emotional suppression, and long-term stress taking a toll on my body.
During my healing process, I was fortunate to learn from some extraordinary educators in the mind-body integration field. Mindfulness tools and mind-body techniques helped me develop self-awareness. I began to accept and heal aspects of myself that had once been ignored and left behind. As I did, new ways of living opened up. Unhealthy habits slowly disappeared and gave way to intuition, discernment, and choices that aligned with holistic health, joy, and fulfilment.
For over 15 years, I’ve been sharing mind-body practices. Supporting people as they grow in embodied self-awareness is one of my greatest joys. I’ve witnessed how living with intention and authenticity not only transforms personal fulfilment but also enriches the lives of those around us. I’m deeply grateful for the teachings and practices that have transformed my life and am honoured to share with you.
