Emerge Retreat
5th to 8th November, 2026
A restorative retreat in the Byron Bay Hinterland
A space for women to slow down, soften and cultivate deeper connection.
Set amongst the natural beauty and stillness of the Byron hinterland, this intimate retreat is an invitation to step away from the noise, pressure and constant doing of everyday life, and return to a more grounded, nourished and present way of being.
Through intentional rest, nervous system supportive practices, movement, nature, ritual and spaciousness, we invite women to exhale deeply, reconnect with themselves and restore what modern life so often depletes.
This is not a retreat about fixing yourself. It is a place to be held, nourished and supported as you reconnect with your body, your energy, your inner clarity and the simple rhythms that help you feel fully alive again.
You will leave feeling more rested, connected, grounded and radiant, with a renewed sense of clarity, spaciousness and connection to yourself.
The Retreat Experience
Emerge has been thoughtfully designed to balance intentional practices with spaciousness, rest and time to simply be.
Throughout our days together, you’ll be invited into a slower and more intentional rhythm of living. One that allows space for softness, presence, reflection and deep restoration.
There will be opportunities for group gatherings and practices designed to nourish your body and mind, alongside space to move, connect, regulate your nervous system and spend time in nature, while allowing plenty of room for stillness, integration and unstructured downtime.
This retreat honours the understanding that true restoration is not found in constantly doing more, but in creating enough space to finally hear yourself again.
A Retreat for Women
This retreat is for women who are longing to slow down.
Women who have been holding a lot for a long time.
Women who are tired of rushing, pushing and constantly being “on.”
Women craving space to breathe, reflect and reconnect with themselves again.
You may be navigating stress, burnout, transition, emotional exhaustion, or simply feeling disconnected from yourself beneath the pace and demands of everyday life.
Or perhaps nothing is “wrong,” but you know you need space — space to rest, recalibrate and return to what truly matters.
Emerge Retreat is for women seeking deep rest and nervous system restoration, clarity and reconnection, intentional living, meaningful connection, simplicity and spaciousness, and nourishment for body, mind and soul.
Most of all, this retreat is for women ready to give themselves permission to pause, soften and emerge.
Our Retreat Philosophy
We believe restoration happens when women feel safe enough to soften.
In a world that constantly rewards productivity, urgency and over-functioning, many women have forgotten what it feels like to truly rest.
Emerge offers a different rhythm.
One rooted in intentionality, nourishment, presence and nervous system care.
We believe in spacious schedules rather than overfilling.
Rest without guilt.
Meaningful connection over performance.
Simple rituals that bring us back to ourselves.
Time in nature.
Mindful nourishment.
Moving slowly enough to actually feel our lives again.
This retreat is an invitation to remember that softness can also be powerful.
Nourishment
Nourishment is an important part of the retreat experience and will be woven thoughtfully throughout our time together.
We’re delighted to have Tash and Tom from Burbury Wholefoods creating the culinary experience for the Emerge Retreat.
Their approach centres on creating meaningful connections with food through fresh, seasonal ingredients and a deep respect for local producers and regenerative farming practices.
Drawing inspiration from Mediterranean and Ayurvedic principles, meals are thoughtfully designed to nourish the body and support wellbeing. Expect colourful, wholesome dishes that celebrate the richness of seasonal produce, herbs and spices, while complementing the slower rhythm of the retreat.
Throughout the retreat, you’ll enjoy nourishing shared vegetarian meals designed to support wellbeing, connection and restoration.
Shared meals offer an opportunity to slow down, connect and enjoy the simple ritual of being nourished and cared for.
